We are based at 71 New Dover Road in Canterbury and support more than 80 businesses across Kent. Most of what we do reaches you the moment you call, because the majority of IT support is delivered remotely: a ticket is picked up, an engineer connects, and the problem is usually fixed before anyone would have finished driving to you.
Location still matters for the things you cannot fix down a wire. Server failures, office moves, new site setups, network cabling, a switch that has died on a Friday afternoon. That is why we work outwards from Canterbury rather than claiming national coverage: our engineers know the buildings, the broadband options at particular postcodes and the way different towns in this county actually trade.
